Services include cropping, background removal and replacement, color and lighting adjustments, and adding digital clothing, partly powered by Google's Gemini Nano AI.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of the images you upload. You must own the rights to the photos you upload or have permission from the copyright holder.
• You agree not to upload any images that are illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• It is your responsibility to check the final photo against the specific requirements of the authority you are submitting it to. We are not liable if the photo is rejected.
• You acknowledge that by using the AI photo editing features, you agree that the final output is the shared responsibility of you (the user) and the AI provider (Google Gemini).

4. AI-Powered Services

Some features of our service are powered by Google's Gemini Nano AI. By using these features, you understand and agree that the photo processing is automated. PassportPhotoMaker.in is merely a facilitator of this technology. Any legal issue, claim, or dispute arising from the output of the AI-edited photo shall be a matter between you (the user) and Google. You agree not to hold PassportPhotoMaker.in liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of these AI-powered tools.

5. Usage and Limitations

We offer a limited number of free uses per user within a specific time frame (e.g., daily). For unlimited access, a purchase of a plan is required. We reserve the right to change our pricing and free usage limits at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PassportPhotoMaker.in. You retain full copyright of your own images. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you upload to the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PassportPhotoMaker.in, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
